“This was another shop that I was able to browse while I was downtown with some friends. Walking into this store gave me a huge sigh of relief. It felt like walking into a gigantic hug (whoever is purchasing the decor in the store definitely knows what they're doing). The colour, patterns and quality items speak for themselves. They carry everything from dishware, throw pillows, carpets, jewelry, blankets, baby items, furniture, decor, and much, much more! There's beautiful artwork on the walls that's for sale, and when purchasing a sofa, you have the option of changing the upholstery, legs, shapes, etc.
Customer service was lovely and attentive, I would be happy to recommend this store. There is paid parking on the street in front of the store, and a parking lot nearby.”
“My husband bought 2 pillows at the Orillia location (where we had great service) but decided he wanted to exchange one for a different style (never used, never out of the box, never even out of the car) the next day. Now we were in North Bay however so we weren’t sure if there would be an issue. Not only were they willing to exchange it here in North Bay, they were friendly and easy to deal with. Great service at both locations”
