“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service & The Right Parts When It Mattered
I had a well plumbing issue that needed to be fixed properly and quickly the Home Hardware in Orillia was the only store that had the correct well tee with a union — it is a high-quality part, not a compromise.
Home Depot had an alternative, but it would have required more work. The Home Hardware solution was clearly the better design and saved time and hassle.
What really stood out was the help in the plumbing section. The gentleman there on Saturday morning assisted right away and offered some additional advice, which turned out to be a very good idea and helped ensure the job was done correctly.

“I have dealt with Oconnor for years, glass cutting ,screens and of course bird feed but we moved away and found other places to do business. Having said that, my dog went through our screen door and right away my thoughts were to take it to Oconnors for repair. I phoned to make sure they still did certain things and when the answer was yes, I made the trip. I picked it up today, very reasonably priced and installed it, must say beautiful work, and my dog has already had two lessons on exiting the house. I highly recommend these folks for your needs.
