“Has become my go-to oil change place. When I showed up today to get my oil change, I didn’t realize that the line-up in front of the left bay was solely for snow tire changes. I assumed there was going to be a long wait for my oil change. I appreciated Stephanie coming over to make sure I knew the line up I in was in was for snow tire changes which meant I moved into the correct line and got in and out for my oil change.”

“Daniel and Julien are legends! My wife and I were 800km into a 1500km day of driving and our skid plate ripped off the bottom of our car. Not being local to Orillia, we called in to see if pennzoil could help out. Daniel told us to come straight in and once we arrived he had the car up on the ramp instantly. Turns out our previous oil change company in another city had incorrectly re-installed our skid plate. Daniel and Julien fixed us up as best they could with our smashed up skid plate and got us back on the road within 10 minutes. We will absolutely stop here again every time we need to on our travels.
