“I had a fantastic experience at the Grove Street location.
After a disappointing experience elsewhere, I brought my vehicle in because my oil pressure warning light had come on shortly after an oil change. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to check everything over. They quickly resolved the issue, topped up my oil at no charge, and even reset my “Oil Change Required” reminder, which had been missed during my previous oil change.
What really stood out was their honesty and willingness to help without trying to sell me services I didn’t need. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service.
I’ll definitely be returning for future oil changes and would highly recommend the Grove Street location to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Thank you!”
“Not only do I appreciate the convenience and excellent service, everyone who works at the Bayfield location in Barrie is super friendly. Just the other day I needed to get my front headlight changed and new windshield wipers and someone came out and did it while I was in line. Would definitely recommend!!! 😊”
“This is my local go to place for tire changes and car washes. ( $10 Tuesdays for ultimate car wash). Was looking to get snow tires rotated and the air pressure was really low due to car sitting a lot during summer months. One of the guys used a depth gauge on my tires and suggested that I don't really need to rotate them as the tires are wearing down pretty evenly. They put air in my tires and said no charge! I didn't have any cash or I would have tipped them. Always friendly and they don't try to oversell you like the other oil change/ tire places. I'm sure the other places would have been very happy to take my money. Integrity is very hard to find these days. Thanks Guys! See you soon.”
“Fit me in within 20 minutes for tires at a price nobody could beat, called to advise me of how far behind I was on oil change. No pressure. Did that.
Went for estimate, decided to return “Welcome Back!”
Called 50 minutes later, I returned “Welcome Back, Lenny!”

“Awesome place to get your oil changed. Fair price. The staff was incredibly professional and polite, felt like I was at the Four Seasons. It was my first time at this place and was blown away that I was out in less than 10 minutes. They even spent an extra few minutes to fix the hinge on my hood that hasn't closed properly for a few months. Never going anywhere else.”
