OCS Property Maintenance services performs Leacock Village winter and summer property Maintenance. They are always on time and do a really good job. The personal are friendly and will work with residents on any requests. I recommend OCS for your needs.

Price for shrink wrapping a pontoon boat was advertized as $18/ft. When picking up boat it
jumped to $20/ft apparently because I was not storing boat with them. No where was this information passed on to me. After a phone call OCS honoured the rate of $18/ft. Nice that they did that.
