“I’ve shopped at the Orillia store in the past, but my most recent visits have been with Jordyn, and she has been exceptional. She is kind, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every time I leave, I feel genuinely cared for. That level of service truly makes a difference and deserves recognition. Thank you, Jordyn, for the fantastic service!”

“This location is easily one of the best shoe stores I have been to. Kendra, Zondra and Alisha are an amazing team. Not only are they attentive, they are also kind, considerate and always have a smile on their face. Not many retail locations I go into these days have that. Thanks for the great shopping experience, looking forward to shopping here again when I visit in town!”

“I was helped by Nicole. She was fantastic. We went through pricing. We went through options, always patient. I ended up buying a pair of shoes that were about $70 more than I intended paying but was happy about it now that is a great sales person.”
