“If I could give more than five stars, I would! The customer service and my experience were exceptional.
I booked an Ontario safety standards inspection and wasn’t sure what to expect, as it was my first time needing one. After the inspection, Alex sent me a digital copy of the report along with a video showing and explaining how the inspection was done. I really appreciated being able to see the process for myself. It gave me a sense of transparency and care.
Alex and Dan also went above and beyond to help me with an unexpected situation. I’m truly grateful for the time and effort they put into helping me, and it’s clear they care about their customers.
I’m so glad I listened to the other reviews. Alex and Dan have earned a new customer, and I’ll definitely be back for future services. I honestly can’t say I’ve experienced customer service this good at any other garage. Thank you both for everything!”

Kyle out front is pleasant to talk to, he's organized and efficient, and he explains what's going on with your car in a way that is both clear and understandable. The garage really helped us out recently with a safety on a car my son was trying to get ready to sell. They gave us an itemized list of repairs needed to pass the safety, all costed to help us make the decision about what to do. They were very helpful and quick with the work, all done to a high standard. In this world where car repairs are fraught and consumers don't know a lot, I have trust in this garage. “I brought my car in on a Friday, needing a lot of work. Spoke to Paul and explained that it had been parked for a while and needed a complete brake replacement and an oil change among other things. I was fully expecting it to cost a lot and take some time. So I dropped it off on Friday morning, received a very reasonable quote by lunch time, and it was ready by Monday afternoon. “My van suddenly broke down as I was driving with the grand kids and had to be towed to Midas ( after CAA determined it to be a charging issue) I was under no illusion that it would be done quickly However I was given prompt service , with updates along the way. The test drive , once repairs were completed, ended at my driveway as I was unable to come myself having the grand kids under my care. I was kept in the loop during the entire process with polite and helpful directives as to what should be done”

“My bike is a full suspension, and I had just spent 50$ on a hand pump I was told would work on my rear shock /suspension to refill the chamber and re pressurize it……. It did not….
I forget the gentleman’s name but in the evening on night last week? He tossed me 2-3$ out of his pocket to turn the air on. I was POSITIVE there was manual override inside to turn it on; at least at one point I know there was.
This was not the case and buddy without hesitation paid for my air in my bike.
I’m gonna have to into return at some point and find this guys name so I can update and inform management of this kind behavior. Speaks volumes of his character and I genuinely appreciate his help.
