Never use their tire service. They do not make the scheduled appointment and rebook 2 weeks late.
Not worth trusting them.

I’ve had two very disappointing experiences recently trying to book trips through CAA Orleans.
In early October, after several unsuccessful attempts to reach the office by phone, we booked an appointment online for a last-minute trip departing in just a week. When we arrived at our scheduled time, we were told the agent we had booked with was not working that day and that we’d need to rebook. After explaining our tight timeline, we waited about 45 minutes before another agent was able to assist us. While the trip to Cuba itself turned out amazing, we were surprised by the agent’s lack of current knowledge — she insisted we’d need to buy Cuban Convertible Pesos (CUC), even though the CUC was discontinued in 2020 and U.S. or Canadian currency is now accepted.
Last weekend, we decided to book another trip for January. Once again, we couldn’t get through by phone, so we drove in from out of town hoping to speak with someone directly. The office was empty, yet no one was available to help us that day. We booked an appointment, which we were told was for the following Tuesday. After driving in again today, we discovered the appointment was actually for the next Tuesday. When we explained the mix-up and our frustration, we were simply told there was no one available until the 18th.
At that point, we asked to cancel the appointment, and the staff member’s indifferent response was, “OK.” We had been ready to book a trip worth up to $15,000 for five people to Mexico, but it seemed to make no difference to them.
The lack of customer service, communication, and basic courtesy at CAA Orleans is extremely disappointing. We’ve chosen to take our business elsewhere.

went for passport photos for my infant. i called ahead to check if i needed an appt but it’s impossible to reach a human being so i drove out with my daughter. no one greets you at the door so i had to approach a clerk that wasn’t serving anyone to ask if they do passport photos. she told me to take a seat and wait for someone. the woman that ultimately helped us was quite unfriendly. she then took about five minutes of trying to take the photos- i would’ve expected more effort to get the right shot given she was dealing with a happy relaxed baby. she gave me two options which i appreciated but ultimately both were rejected by passport canada today- one for a wrinkle in the blanket behind my daughter and another for a shadow behind her ear. the agent also said the photo was overall too bright. i would’ve expected a better result, more effort from CAA and also better customer service. I would never recommend for infant passport photos. while they guarantee the photos and i can go back for a refund i will personally be going elsewhere so i dont have to deal with this place again

CAA in Orleans & Eastern Ontario is just a great service store to pick up safety supplies, purchase auto or home insurance or to get travel information. The staff are always helpful & friendly with great advice on all types of insurances. CAA is the best for emergency car services.
