I can't believe it is taking 2 months to get a call back in regards to my late father's account. I've left numerous voice-mails and emails to the person dealing with the accounts. I'm glad I don't actually bank here. Terrible customer service. Would never recommend banking here.

Just one person at reception and he does account opening too. So whoever is behind the line has to wait 2-3 hours to get the turn.

On a week day at 11:00 am, I called in to book an appointment - All I got was an answering machine.Although, the machine took my message, but I'd prefer having an option to speak with a person to book an appointment right away rather then having to wait for a call back...
