She was able to resolve my issue and was extremely patient and professional. I was planning on closing everything, but she was able to de-escalate the situation. It would be wise to have Diane train RBC staff on how deal with customers.”

“Great location. They are open on Saturdays, and they were able to help us with a time sensitive issue with tact. They really need to add a public washroom for clients. I don't feel it's sensible to ask people to invest in your bank and not offer a place for people to go to the bathroom..”
