“The associate we dealt with was a five star. The reason that I gave for the four stars is that you have good end of season sales; however, the quality of the clothing is not such that these lasts many years which would help the environment. I try to buy in stores where the quality of the clothing is such that I can wear it for many years and as a result, I do not leave such a negative impact on the environment.”

“Superb experience with Stephano Menswear this week. I was pressed for time and within a few hours were able to set me up with an excellent jacket and shirt to go with the pants I was wearing. Price was reasonable and staff were welcoming and accommodating, skilled and pleasant. Would heartily recommend Stephano Menswear and am looking for an excuse to make another purchase.”

“If you’re after affordable wardrobe staples, this spot is a reliable go-to. Think minimal, everyday basics at accessible prices — perfect for building out your essentials without breaking the bank.

The store itself is bright, well-organized, and impressively clean. There’s a solid range of sizes and a good mix across women’s, men’s, and even a home section, which makes it easy to grab a few practical finds in one stop.

Quality-wise, it’s what you’d expect at this price point — simple, functional, and ideal for layering or casual wear. It may not be high fashion, but it gets the job done if you’re after no-fuss pieces with decent longevity.

A solid option when you’re looking for basics on a budget.

“Such amazing customer service! I haven’t bought jeans in a long time and definitely needed help finding some that would fit me properly. I was helped by Malin and she was absolutely wonderful! Not only did she help me find not one but a few pairs of jeans that I loved but also other clothing.

Malin took the time to bring me different options and sizes and never once made me feel rushed. She even ordered the sizes that I needed to be shipped directly to my house and personally rang me through the cash to make sure I got everything I needed.

Thank you Malin for making my shopping experience easy and fun:)”

“I'm no clothing buyer frankly.
I had to come get some jeans, I had a gift card and I am gnome sized so they are a funky length.
Robyn, was nothing short of amazing. Giving me tips on the app and all the things I can do with it.

I run a brick and mortar location of my company in Markham ON. I've been a manager for 30 years.
This is exactly what proper customer service is. If she is the manager, you picked right. If not.... you need to keep an eye on her or the right business might just snag her away.

Bravo. You have earned a customer.
Gladly this is 2X I have dealt with Marks in just a few weeks. Both locations have been organized, well laid out and very clean with helpful staff.”

“I was helped by the girl with the curly brown hair, don't know her name but very good service and she helped me find matching clothes, which I do need help with sometimes lol. Will be back!”

“After terrible service at Bentley’s at Place d’Orleans, I was pleased to get excellent customer service at Eddie Bauer. We went to buy packing cubes. Michael went out of his way to help us and we ended up buying way more at this store because of the service and inventory. Really impressed and will be back!”

“Returning buyer. Best alternative for your $$ than going to Scam Village or Thrift Store. 4-5 fitting rooms available which is no longer an option at Scam Village or Thrift Store post Pandemic.

You can even get a few bucks (actual $$) for your gently used casual clothes to then further reduce what you spend here. This doesn't mean they will take worn out trash. Label, style, and season all play a part. (ex. I got 8$ for two articles of summer clothing out of a bag of 12-14 items).

Service is fast. Busy around 4-5pm on weekdays (after school crowd). Brand name Ts can be 7-17$, shoes 13-35$, pants 12-28 for example. This is casual wear so for men at least you won’t find many sweaters and jackets.

Last load for liquidation, I brought was rejected for reasons of “.. nothing of interest … wrong style …”. So ask before you bring bags of drop offs. The one before they took two psi’s of shorts and gave me 8$ total.

Returns accepted within 7 days but confirm.

Sales are best in town at 90% off, so far under 5$ I got a few shirts, shorts and pants.

Update: Unless you're dropping off casual and athletic clothes, you won't get anything for them. Wait for 70-90 % off clearances, you could save a bundle on shoes and pants to a lesser extent jackets (most know most are just thin flags with brand logos).”

“I wanted a nice ladies night out dress. I am quite not sure always what’s my style. Jennifer the staff member helped me choose perfect dress for my event. She took extra attention on me and helped me out without any hesitation. She also helped me to get good deal. Thank you Jennifer!!!”
