About Mountain Warehouse

Mountain Warehouse is a popular outdoor gear and clothing retailer that has received mixed reviews from customers. The staff are generally described as friendly and helpful, with one customer praising a young manager for his excellent customer service. The store offers a good variety of clothing and equipment, with customers finding decent prices and quality. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the limited selection of outdoor gear, such as camping and survival equipment. While one customer had a positive exchange experience, another reported a frustrating delay in receiving an online order. Overall, the reviews suggest that Mountain Warehouse provides a pleasant shopping experience, with competitive prices and friendly staff, but could potentially improve its product range and delivery reliability.
