“This store is favorite place to buy work shoes for my wife and I usually accompany her to the store.
During last visit, the customer service guy was so nice and took his time and described the benefits and drawbacks of different pair of shoes and he was very knowledgeable and already aware of workplace policy for all major employers. Super friendly front end receptionist.
My wife went to exchange the shoes next day. He gladly accepted the exchange and was as helpful as last day and explained us the store policy.
For work shoes, there are way more choices for men's work shoes, but limited choices for women's work shoes. My wife likes only one pair and is buying the same for last 5 years and those are always available. But if you are looking for women's work shoes, you may find some shoes, but not the great collection. While you will find lots of pairs for men's shoes.”

“I bought a reiker Shoe probably the best fitting shoe I’ve ever owned .slight defect within hours of wearing it brought it back to the store and unfortunately was a bit thrown off by the service we received when we brought them back… Had to leave the shoe behind came back a week later and spoke with Haval. Very kind and offered to call manager right away…when he came back he said the manager was gonna do a full credit. I love the shoes so much I took another pair.. I appreciate the service and I’m grateful to have comfortable shoes in my feet”

“I was at suzyshier today and a very pleasant helpful young lady named Asana who was the only employee on the floor she greeted every single customer with a pleasant smile. I couldn't find an item I had seen on the web site and she quickly went and got the information as to what location had the item in stock. She helped all the customers in the store...My daughter wanted to try on some clothes and because she was busy, I looked around and noticed the manager and two other employees standing behind the counter chit chatting, I approached the counter and remarked that it must be nice to chat and asked if one of them could unlock the dressing room, the manger looked at me and said well im training, being in customer service myself and a manager when customers come into the store you stop what your doing and acknowledge and help customers first. If it hadn't of been for Asana we would of left the store and not purchased anything. She also processed our sale and was very friendly and professional. They have her to thank for this review.”
