“This store is favorite place to buy work shoes for my wife and I usually accompany her to the store.
During last visit, the customer service guy was so nice and took his time and described the benefits and drawbacks of different pair of shoes and he was very knowledgeable and already aware of workplace policy for all major employers. Super friendly front end receptionist.
My wife went to exchange the shoes next day. He gladly accepted the exchange and was as helpful as last day and explained us the store policy.
For work shoes, there are way more choices for men's work shoes, but limited choices for women's work shoes. My wife likes only one pair and is buying the same for last 5 years and those are always available. But if you are looking for women's work shoes, you may find some shoes, but not the great collection. While you will find lots of pairs for men's shoes.”

“Too early for me to say anything about the shoes but the customer service was 5 stars for us. I thought in store shopping was going to be a nightmare but we brought my daughter in there, the man measured her feet, walked to the back and picked out a shoe in 3 different colours. My daughter was pleased she picked 2 and we were in and out of there in 5 mins. I never wanted to shop there because it’s a bit pricey but she needs a wide shoe and I’m beyond pleased with the customer service.”

“As a new-ish runner I was looking for my first pair of shoes to train longer distances. I was so impressed with the help I received from the staff here. They were knowledgeable and kind. They analyzed the wear on my old shoes, analyzed my walk, talked through my running goals, measured my feet and they suggested multiple pairs as a starting point. We cycled through a few brands and sizes based on my feedback. The pair I ended up buying fits so well and I’m excited to try them out.”
