They have a great selection of raw products, and a wide variety of options to cater to dietary restrictions as well. The staff are helpful in answering any questions and their prices are great!”

“Amazing customer service! In couple minutes I've found what I(my cat) needed with help of nice and friendly consultant. Unfortunately I don't know his name but this guy with glasses and beard is wonderful! This is my first visit to the Pet Valu. Will come again. And nice bonus for cat lovers- there are few cats just walking around the store😊so cute. Respect to the management for such good treatment of animals.”

“I would first like to thank Tiffany, the Royal Canin representative who was at the PetSmart in Orleans a few weeks ago (I don’t remember the exact day, but I believe it was a Sunday). She was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. She took the time to help us and gave us some free samples of food for senior dogs, including a wet food option, for my 12-year-old senior dog, Freddie. It was extremely helpful, and Freddie absolutely loved the food! Give Tiffany a raise!! We really like this PetSmart and have had a great experience overall. The only negative experience we’ve had was actually with another customer, which of course is not something the store can control. The last time we brought our dog with us, another large dog barked at him. My dog simply barked back, a little louder, which is completely normal dog behavior. The other dog’s owner gave us a very rude look. Honestly, it was the first time I’ve ever seen a dog owner get upset because another dog barked especially in a pet store, where you would naturally expect dogs to bark from time to time. Other than that, everything has been great so far! We really enjoy the store, and we especially appreciate Tiffany. Thank you, PetSmart!”
