The red-haired guy was absolutely fantastic. You could tell he actually cared about people instead of just trying to get everyone out the door.

“I have to say I was blown away by what they did for me! I had an odd shrink wrap job and I was calling around for some help. No one would touch it. I called Wills Transfer and they asked me to send a picture. I did that and a guy named Will (not sure whether he owns the place but he should!) called me back and told me to bring it in and he would see what he could do. He and another person shrink wrapped the two pieces perfectly and wouldn’t let me pay them anything! What I thought was going to be a few days of hunting and a huge bill turned out to be a very quick fix and didn’t cost me a cent. I really wish Will would have taken the money I offered. It is so rare these days for a company to do something like this. I tell everyone who will listen this story. Way to go Will, Wills Transfer is lucky to have such a customer oriented person.”
“What a pleasure it was dealing with the counter staff at the Gladwin location of DHL Express in Ottawa! Both gentlemen were so courteous, professional and helpful, taking the time to explain and answer all my questions, and even helping to carry our boxes into the reception area. Have always been impressed by DHL over the phone and am even more impressed by your staff in person.

“Service is only as quick as the number of people in line. The agent was knowledgeable and productive. There was a customer who had packages for UPS and the agent let them know where the closest UPS store is and how to get there. Now that’s excellent customer service!”
