We have a medically complex child with significant medication needs, and Job and his team consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. He takes care of all our prescriptions with incredible attention to detail and is always willing to offer thoughtful advice when needed.
What stands out most is how proactive he is. If he’s closing for a holiday or long weekend, he will personally call to make sure we have everything we need. This is especially important since our son relies on life-sustaining medication. That kind of care and responsibility is rare.
Leaving a big box pharmacy to come here was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family. If you have the option to support this business, I would highly encourage you to do so. The difference in service and genuine care is unmatched”

I got a compounded prescription filled here and was able to talk to the pharmacist about what my specific needs were. I feel like she really listened and met my needs. “First off I come all the way from Pickering to see the people at this pharmacy and support them. They've been around for 51 years! So you know they're doing something right.I have been coming here for over 4 years now. Samir has become such a familiar face to me because consistency is one of the most important values for a pharmacy. Not only do they work fast and with short notice at times, but on occasion they have even delivered when it was most needed.
I think good businesses find ways to show their customers that they're appreciated...
I walked in today and there was a double espresso waiting for me.
They understand how to deal with people from any income level and treat everyone with the upmost respect.

“I've been going to this location for about 10 years now. By far they offer the fastest service while waiting for your prescription. The pharmacist is very respectful, helpful and easy to talk to. They have accomodated every situation I have had over the years to get my meds to me quickly and communicate with my doctors promptly and help me through any medical benefits issues I have had. I am so very thankful for the service I have received here over the years. In times of sickness and medical issues this is the kind of care and service that is needed.”
“I initially went into City Pharmacy because they had the latest COVID shot which I needed it as I was travelling and my two bouts of COVID had been the result of travel. Pierre mentioned that he does travel health consulting and vaccine review so I was very happy to have this service close to home. He thoroughly researched every area I was travelling to in Eastern Africa, showed me maps, gave me information and made recommendations on required vaccines and those, not required, but which would limit the possibility of getting sick.
He is incredibly kind and helpful, as are the staff at the pharmacy. Not many places left like this!”

“My favourite thing about using independent pharmacies like Razi is the efficient and professional service. Rx’s are dispensed quickly, no waiting around forever like at the big chains. Any questions I have had have been answered to my satisfaction and I’ve found their pricing to be competitive, too. Drawbacks are the more limited hours and that it can feel very busy between the pharmacy customers and the clinic patients all in the same room.”
