Went in to get a store credit as they do not offer refunds! I was told the store is closing on Jan 31, 2024 and no store credits can be issued until the closing day. i will now be past the 3week store policy for exchanges. I feel we may be out our money. terrible customer service.

Don’t shop here!!!! They don’t tell you that they have a no refund policy to get you to buy their shoes. There is only a small sign by the register and when the employee is talking to you the whole time to stop you from reading it, you will never know. When I went to refund them the employee was using her phone and kept walking away when (not) helping us. Let me point out the store was empty so there was no reason for her focus to not be on us. I now know why the store is always empty. Very poor customer service and misleading information. Very disappointed.

We met Lee at the counter. She was super nice and helpful in helping me trying to find a nice fit. Unfortunately the pairs available in the store were all for people with narrow feet so we couldn't finalize a purchase. The customer service was on point so leaving 4 stars for the exceptional service

We won’t recommend this store in Oshawa. Wrong size labeled on the shoes we bought which is misleading. The lady refuses to exchange the shoes. It was bad customer service. I have asked to provide me the head office number. She refused.

Yasmin at Oshawa Centre was so helpful and patient to help me find a certain style of shoe I was looking for. Her patience was appreciated and her humor with my husband as well. Ava shoes had lots of options and sizes available for me to be able to try on which was nice as well. Definitely would go back and hoping to see Yasmin again!
