“I was on the hunt for 100% cotton cargo pants and I managed to find them at this location. I called ahead and Jessica picked up. She was super friendly and she found what I was looking for so she placed them on hold behind the counter. When I arrived again she was so nice. She welcomed me by name with a smile on her face. They both took their time with us, gave honest feedback for the boards with knowledge behind that.

“Sickest shopping experience ever. The staff help you pick out clothes that suit the style you're going for and treat you like family. Very cool people and unique pieces that make any outfit make you look like a rockstar. It can be pricy but very much worth the price tag as these are eye catching pieces. Also gave me a huge discount which was so nice. Will absolutely be back!”

“It's Friday 8pm an hour before the store closes. Matthew, who was in charge of the fitting room was incredible. I tried multiple clothes in different sizes because I didn't know my size. I was going back and forth an bringing the clothes to matthew. He did not question anything and his attitude was incredible. It's really nice to see an amazing detail time and effort that Matthew puts into remerchandising all of the clothes. His attention to detail and friendly hospitality led me to walk away with the clothes I needed! 5 stars to Matthew!!”

“I was looking for a sweater that was not in my size in store. A sales associates named Taylor worked with me to find it online and, when it was out of stock, helped me find a similar sweater in the colour and size I wanted. She had it shipped to my house for free and encouraged me to check my email for any coupons the store had sent. Taylor also applied the store’s sale to my order before I had thought to ask. She was very thorough, patient, and helpful. I always get good service at this store but she was excellent.”

A good howl for a small trip. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Felt comfortable to look around which made us buy more. Good inventory of items and nice layout of store. “I didn’t expect such a poor backend operation from the management. During my first visit, there was no tap-and-pay system. On the second visit, even the POS machine wasn’t working, and the staff had to issue manual receipts. This was disappointing, especially from a brand of this level.
The employees were trying hard to find change for the balance amount, which made the process even more inconvenient. I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback and works toward improving the overall customer experience.”
