Amazing experience - salesperson Vanessa was so warm and friendly! I have been made to feel like I don't belong in a guess store downtown but Vanessa gave red carpet service. She deserves so many kudos for her warm approach and helpful nature. I can't say enough about how great that girl made me feel just for buying a coat!

Staff is super friendly and readily available to help (but not in an annoying way) store is brightly lit and the merchandise both regular and sale items are easy to access and view.
