“Mark's is a great place to shop with a huge selection of all kinds of items. They have fantastic deals, including 25% off, and the staff made sure to let us know about all the sales as soon as we walked through the door.
The service here is excellent. A big thank you to Kat in the men's shoe department, who went above and beyond to help Ty with his steel toe shoes and make sure everything fit perfectly. She listened to what he wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure he felt comfortable and confident with every choice.
You can tell she’s a newer hire, but she carries herself like someone who has been doing this for years — calm, professional, down‑to‑earth, and incredibly sweet. Uniqlo truly picked out a star with her. Associates like Isabella are rare, and she absolutely deserves recognition and future promotion for her outstanding customer service.

“Sickest shopping experience ever. The staff help you pick out clothes that suit the style you're going for and treat you like family. Very cool people and unique pieces that make any outfit make you look like a rockstar. It can be pricy but very much worth the price tag as these are eye catching pieces. “I’ve gone to lot of American Eagle and Aerie stores in my life, and this is the best experience I’ve ever had by far! One sales associate in particular, Jaiden G., was absolutely FANTASTIC! She helped me checkout and was patient and kind while I was deciding between three pairs of shorts. She made sure I got the best price possible by going above and beyond and checking the price of the shorts online, and adjusting them to the online price. I ended up buying all three shorts (I was originally only going to buy two), and will definitely be back because of it!”

“I didn’t expect such a poor backend operation from the management. During my first visit, there was no tap-and-pay system. On the second visit, even the POS machine wasn’t working, and the staff had to issue manual receipts. This was disappointing, especially from a brand of this level.
The employees were trying hard to find change for the balance amount, which made the process even more inconvenient. I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback and works toward improving the overall customer experience.”

“Yesterday afternoon, I went to Harley G's Oshawa clothing store as they were doing their raffle numbers live on their social media accounts and was greeted as soon as I walked in with my scooter. A female employee asked me if I needed help looking for something I said yes cuz I was looking for track suits in my size plus tee's and sweaters the employee directed me to them and during that time I did some browsing and once I left I thanked them for their time and took off. All in all, the establishment was very welcoming and professional. I will most definitely be shopping their again sometime soon. I definitely recommend going to this store their merchandise is great quality material, and the prices are spot on. Big shout out to Harley Guindon and his team”
