    “Yesterday afternoon, I went to Harley G's Oshawa clothing store as they were doing their raffle numbers live on their social media accounts and was greeted as soon as I walked in with my scooter. A female employee asked me if I needed help looking for something I said yes cuz I was looking for track suits in my size plus tee's and sweaters the employee directed me to them and during that time I did some browsing and once I left I thanked them for their time and took off. All in all, the establishment was very welcoming and professional. I will most definitely be shopping their again sometime soon. I definitely recommend going to this store their merchandise is great quality material, and the prices are spot on. Big shout out to Harley Guindon and his team”

    “I went to buy clothes for my son and daughter for back to school. Found a bunch of good prices so obviously Old Navy is good for affordable clothing after I got all the clothes I went to the checkout was willing to pay what they cost. A young lady by the name of Rosie was absolutely incredible. While she was cashing me out, she heard me say to my daughter oh, those are a little more expensive than I thought and she said have you checked online and I said no I haven’t and she let me know that it was possible for the cashiers to check the online all you have to do is ask and she did a quick check and found out that things were cheaper and she saved me nearly $40 not only was this incredible. It will make me go back over and over again because she found a way to save me money and Old Navy a return or frustrated customer because I got a good deal and I save some money. I would highly recommend this Old Navy as they’re clearly trained correctly to help every customer properly and again a huge shout out to Rosie for being an absolutely awesome cashier and making my day extremely fantastic.”

The only downside to my experience is when I went to pick up a skateboard (for $30 btw), they had helmets on display, and when my wife saw them, she made me get one too... Joking, of course! It's a shame that they might be getting rid of selling boards for good. West49 was where is bought my first deck and I still remember it to this day! Thank you!”

They have fantastic deals, including 25% off, and the staff made sure to let us know about all the sales as soon as we walked through the door. ​The service here is excellent. A big thank you to Kat in the men's shoe department, who went above and beyond to help Ty with his steel toe shoes and make sure everything fit perfectly. Kelly at the cash register was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient when cashing us out. Both of these ladies provided wonderful service and made it a great shopping experience.”

A sales associates named Taylor worked with me to find it online and, when it was out of stock, helped me find a similar sweater in the colour and size I wanted. She had it shipped to my house for free and encouraged me to check my email for any coupons the store had sent. Taylor also applied the store’s sale to my order before I had thought to ask. She was very thorough, patient, and helpful. I always get good service at this store but she was excellent.”

    “I had the most wonderful experience with Alexa today. My toddler was being a typical toddler, and Alexa conversed with him, which made his day, as he’s a yapper like me. I’ve always been nervous bringing him in stores like this, as he touches everything. But she was so patient and kind. While she was ringing us up, she mentioned the promotion they were having. She helped my niece grab something from a high shelf, and chatted with me while my niece looked around for another item, because they had a promotion. She was SO kind, funny, personable, and knowledgeable. I don’t often leave stores feeling so satisfied with the service, but I absolutely did today. If Alexa’s manager is reading this, she is doing an absolutely wonderful job, and you should be proud to have such an exemplary employee manning your store!”

    “I’ve gone to lot of American Eagle and Aerie stores in my life, and this is the best experience I’ve ever had by far! One sales associate in particular, Jaiden G., was absolutely FANTASTIC! She helped me checkout and was patient and kind while I was deciding between three pairs of shorts. She made sure I got the best price possible by going above and beyond and checking the price of the shorts online, and adjusting them to the online price. I ended up buying all three shorts (I was originally only going to buy two), and will definitely be back because of it!”

    “I didn’t expect such a poor backend operation from the management. During my first visit, there was no tap-and-pay system. On the second visit, even the POS machine wasn’t working, and the staff had to issue manual receipts. This was disappointing, especially from a brand of this level. The employees were trying hard to find change for the balance amount, which made the process even more inconvenient. I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback and works toward improving the overall customer experience.”
