A little on the expensive side, you do get what you pay for, right!I'm pleased with the friendly customer service offered at this Oshawa store by every staff member, and especially by the outstanding customer service and care provided by their staff member Zanara.Every visit to this store is always a good one, and even better when Zanara is there with a warm welcome, a real smile, professionalism, and product knowledge to make sure I get everything I was looking for, or to keep me up to date on their products, or to answer any of my many questions. Whether I buy a little, a lot, or nothing at all, Zanara's customer service and warmth is always true, remains the same and is outstanding! I'll keep shopping at Urban Barn Oshawa just for that kind of great service...Located in a Smart Centre mall, there is plenty of free parking and wheelchair accessible parking too.The store has wheelchair accessible entry, but is too tightly organized/displayed for comfortable wheelchair access throughout the store. Help will be needed to navigate around if using a wheelchair.”
