Jewellery by Sanders replaced the stone for $20 and advised that claws were fine. I was shocked! So appreciated their incredible service!”

Connie always has a friendly smile when I walk in and she knows my taste well enough to show me the latest items I might like. I am a frequent Birks customer for the beautiful designs, quality workmanship and top notch customer service. The 18k gold isn't hollowed out, and the diamonds and gemstones are indisputably better quality than any of the mall chain stores. Does that make them a bit more expensive?...sure...but you get what you pay for...beautiful, long lasting, quality jewellery!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this location, especially about SUSAN!!!!! My fiancé (OMG) came in with my sister looking for the perfect ring for me back in late September/early October. I am the definition of a bougie princess on a budget, and she couldn't have done a more amazing job of recommending rings!! I found out afterward that my fiancé and sister showed Susan my Pinterest board, and after she looked for a few minutes, she recommended a few rings, and they LOVED the first ring they saw, but kept looking just to be sure, and yet, they kept coming back to the same first one that Susan recommended after looking at my taste. Fast forward to late November, and my fiancé, who is the coach of the U12AA Oshawa Generals, proposed at one of the games before puck drop, by having the team (whom we joke are our adopted children) hold up letters that spelled out "WILL YOU MARRY COACH" while our song, "Running Home to You' from The Flash played. Easily the greatest moment of my life thus far, all coordinated by my fiancé, his team, and SUSAN!!!!!!! Thank you so so so so much to Susan and Peoples for helping Scott to pick the most perfect ring that represents our love story, and MY GOD IS IT GORGEOUS!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!”

“Went to the OC to shop for a 25th wedding anniversary gift of matching rings for my husband and I. I went in to pretty much every jewellery store in the OC. Bellagio Jewellers was the first store I stopped at and a young lady by the name of Hoorain (sp?) helped me. In the end I returned and made a purchase. Not only did the service I received surpass how I was treated at all the other stores but I also felt that they had the best selection and worked with me regarding price. In the end my overall experience definitely played a big role in my decision to return and purchase the rings from Bellagio over and above all the other jewellery stores I attended in the OC.
