“Lukus was very helpful. I have been coming to this store for 15 years, twice a year for my warranty plan for my rings. Lukus was the first person to offer help with fixing my warranty paper work. He saw the issue and went out of his way to fix it. I have known it wasn't right but didn't know it could be fixed. Plus! Lukus had a great sense of humour which made the experience more enjoyable.
