One drawback to People's I did not like is having to pay a fee for the initial sizing a ring, I feel that is a fee that should not be charged.”

“I have taken several prices of jewelry to Robyn and Phil for sizing/fixing/assessing over the past couple of years. I ended up selling some of my old silver and gold to them and was very satisfied with the price I was paid. I have also recently had a large number of rings sized and some watch batteries replaced. I find both Robyn and Phil so helpful and knowledgeable - they've made suggestions, given me their opinions, and offered solutions to some of my concerns. I am very comfortable now with their services - I am not one who likes to shop around a lot, and finding a business I can work with and stay loyal to is worth a lot to me. They have definitely earned that trust and loyalty.”
