“I went into Swarovski on June 17th in order to see if an earring that had become detached in one area could be repaired. I was looked after by Melissa (the store's manager) and in large part due to the wonderful customer service she provided, I didn't only drop off the earring for repair, but, ended up buying earrings and a bracelet that day. Today, I learned that Swarovski was not able to repair the earring, however, Melissa went the extra mile and located a replacement at the Swarovski outlet. It is meant to arrive in a few days and I will be notified when it does. Sadly, good customer service is a rarity nowadays, but, thankfully it can be found in abundance in Melissa at Swarovski (Pickering Town Centre). Thank you Melissa.”
