Unprofessional company with inexperienced drivers. A tow we called for resulted in damage to the jack pad under the BMW M5. The driver requested the person on site to drive the vehicle up the ramp resulting in damage. The same driver at the drop off location requested my 70 year old father to climb on to the tow truck to drive the vehicle down. After several emails with photos, we have yet to hear from management. It has been at least 3 weeks.

If I could give this company a rating of -100, I would. The customer service is horrible; the drivers speak to you with utter disrespect. They have no patience, they lie and are extremely aggressive. I implore anyone to choose another tow truck company, if they are the option then believe me when I tell you they will drag you to the pits of hell then charge you an arm and a leg. I hope you guys do better and understand you are dealing with people who could be going through something and are in a very vulnerable situation. So if your driver has a hiccup with services in a call and the customer is begging for some grace, try to have a heart.

Very poor representation of your company! This truck cut me off my lane while he was trying to change lanes for absolutely no reason. There was no car in front of him where it was necessary to change lanes, nor did he have to make a turn. Hire people with more integrity!

While it’s never good to need a tow, when I needed one today, I was very glad I called Jim’s towing. The entire experience was excellent. From the friendly reception to my call to Robert who showed up quickly and processed to make the process both efficient and effective, it was a very positive experience. Quick, efficient, pleasant and very reasonable. If you need a tow, these are the guys to call.

Had a really bad experience with this company. Not only dishonest but lying by omission every chance they got. On top of all that, customer service was disrespectful and overall very disappointing.

Originally I had written and gave Jim's a bad review. The owner and I have resolved our issue. I have always used Jim's towing and after the disagreement between the owner and I, they are making good on the problem. I will not hesitate to give Jim's a call the next time I need a tow in the future and return as a repeat customer.

Absolutely abysmal service at Jims towing ! Beware—if you value your vehicle, think twice before using their services. They managed to leave a significant dent in my car, and of course, dodged any responsibility for it. It's clear that they don't give a damn about the vehicles they tow or the people they're supposed to be helping. Inspect your car with a fine-tooth comb before you leave their lot—if you don't, you might just end up regretting it as much as I do now. This isn't just a warning; it's a plea to avoid the headache and disrespect I endured. Steer clear!

had my car impounded for two week a tesla with low charge. Asked the owner of the towing company and workers if i can bring my charger to charge to avoid it dying, the owner has a tesla himself and he declined to help me out, when i went to go pickup my vechile. I see a TESLA charger there. All they needed to do it for 2-3hours for extra charge to be safe but rather did not, he insisted that if i pay to get the whole charger installed can range from 600-4000$ that would work if not he cant do, He insisted this offer even though he had already had a charger, Clearly they are looking to nickle and dime everyone. Very bad service and experience overall. covering plates.
