About Mastermind Toys
Mastermind Toys offers a wide variety of interesting toys, games, and crafts that appeal to children. Customers appreciate the excellent selection, particularly in areas like science and discovery, as well as unique items such as snap circuit toys that help kids learn about electrical concepts. Reviews highlight the store's great assortment of products, including the ability to order items online when they are out of stock.
However, customer service has received mixed feedback. Some shoppers experienced rude or indifferent behavior from staff, which detracted from their shopping experience. Instances of employees not greeting customers or offering assistance have been noted, leading to a lack of welcoming atmosphere. Despite these concerns, there are positive mentions of individual staff members who provided excellent help, demonstrating that good service can be found at the store.
Overall, while Mastermind Toys has a fantastic selection that kids love, improvements in customer service could enhance the shopping experience for all visitors.

Where's all the product? Shelves are near empty. Store used to be packed with options. Everything is on clearance. No books. It's all stuffed animals and clearance nobody wants. Five stars for the staff keeping up the positive attitudes and continuing excellent customer service

Love this store. Specifically Khi was a great help the last time I went in and couldn’t find what I was looking for. The free gift wrapping is also a great bonus!
