“I have been going to this Global for years. The staff there are absolutely amazing. Their customer service is exceptional. They have always been extremely accommodating and helpful, especially during the time I had to have a major surgery. They went out of their way for me.
As for the person who left the one star review, the comment about retiring is called ageism, and reflects more on that individual's character than that of any of the wonderful staff at Global.”

“I frequent this location to spoil my two French bulldog puppies.
The owners are brothers and are really nice guys. Always a conversation to be had when visiting the store.
The only comment that I have to make that’s negative would be more so against the company and not the individual store.
I find if you’re into spoiling your dogs and giving them one ingredient type treats Like recycled pieces of other animals and bones with flavour right up to deer antlers they’re extremely expensive and there’s never often a sale that I’ve seen.
Once in a while, you’ll see something come in the mail, but I haven’t seen anything in respect to the more quality trees they have in the store.
Pet value should offer coupon booklets and charge the customer so that they feel the loyalty to continue and return and not shop elsewhere for more competitive prices. Or at least offer a customer loyalty program or stamp card to save a percentage. These days you have to be competitive and I don’t find that this chain offers any discount of Sortsless I’m missing something.”

“Yesterday I went in and bought a harness for my puppy. I got it home and it didn’t fit right so I went back in with him. He was just fully vaccinated last week so it was a big day for him. He was very nervous to go in but with in 15 mins, I could see his confidence grow. Anthony and Amber were amazing help with making him feel comfortable. They were so helpful and kind. We walked up and down the isles and with 30 mins I could see so much change. They also helped with some tips and tricks. Thank you to you both for the amazing experience.
