“Love this location for the quality of items. However, I recently got a membership and it wasn’t that easy to get through the process as there were lots of upgrades being pushed on me. Aside from that I understand people are just doing their jobs, but the new member experience could use some improvement. I’m not interested in anything else but what I came to sign up for: just a plain old membership. Either way this still remains my favourite store, been going here for years with family and the items are high quality + food court items are delicious.”
