“I have shopped at this store for 17 plus years at least!The staff are always amazing!!Tamara has worked there a long time in management and she has been excellent and customer service at the top level also for her staff. I have dealt a lot with Mangla and she is an excellent sales clerk. Great, honest advice. Always picks things out for me and knows what looks best on me. Please continue to keep excellent top notch staff like her and the others who work here.So glad your store didn’t shut down. There is hardly any decent retailers anymore for ladies clothing in that mall.The prices are on the high side but you’re paying for quality and very stylish clothing. Also so many Canadian made items which I love. Thank you for being one of my favourite stores to shop in store and online. I also appreciate the return policy as well.”

“Went to purchase a lunch cooler bag that will accommodate large containers & Mark's has a great selection in 2 different areas. Both small & large soft body coolers. Great quality items as always. The staff walked past a couple times but nobody asked if assistance was required or even any type of greeting.”

“Winners continues this season to be the spot where I go for everything except footwear. It's THEEEE place to get your cool T's (and for 14 bucks), spring raincoats and active wear. You don't need a nosy commision-hungry sales person bugging you. It's the buffet of all-you-need in one place. If you find yourself in Pickering, then you'll see that honesense is there too. 10 out of 10 - update December 2023- it's nice I'm there, lots of inventory gone due to Christmas and holidays etc. But still some items worth grabbing such as underwear, active wear for upper body, protein bars on the way the cash are on sale right now 12/9.99. I grabbed them.Homesense has the nicest inventory currently in my area for decently-priced small furniture items and bedding. Management is really cool at this location. Cashier's always in a good mood. Ten out ten as always”

“Garage has really become my go-to for a lot of basics. Their fit goes with my body type pretty well and I find a lot of their stuff cute and easy to style. A while back I was browsing at a store in STC and impulse bought a jacket that was on sale. I wound up not really loving it in the end and came to the PTC location to make a return. This Garage store is laid out pretty similar to other ones with new arrivals nearer to the entrance, clearance items at the back, and accessories near the register. It was a weekday when I arrived so there were minimal staff on hand at the time. I was greeted by the cashier and told her I had a return to make. She asked if it was online or in-store. For the in-store purchases, make sure you have the itemized receipt and not your credit card one. After a quick check and a scan, she let me know it would be refunded to the card that I paid with. My original receipt was stapled to a refund receipt and given back to me.The return went through the same on my credit card which was awesome. Fast and easy service here!”
“We visited your location last night. We were looking for some pants but you did not have them in my husband’s size. Your employees Chitra and Elizabeth looked in the back for us, but no luck. Then Chitra called your Scarborough store to see if they had the sizes we needed. She patiently waited for them to check. Thankfully they had what we were looking for and she put them on hold for us. Thank you so much ladies for going above and beyond! Your help was greatly appreciated! Matthew on cash was also very friendly. In fact, we have had the best customer service in this store and we always return to this location. Everyone is always so helpful and so friendly! Thanks again!”
