Order received almost 2 weeks late for Valentine’s Day despite ordering them 3 weeks prior to the day.The chocolates are very good and the packaging is innovative, but customer service and (timeliness obviously) could be drastically better.

We ordered a postcard chocolate with a fishing theme for a friends birthday. He enjoyed it very much and commented on the beautiful presentation.
