I totally agree to what Bhavya V. wrote. Do yourself a favour and do not use this company. These people are shady, and will scam you. I had called them and cancelled well in advance and they still charged me as if I had not shown up. After many hours of waiting for the tow truck I couldn't get a straight answer. Getting a refund took 2 months of back and forth.

I have never seen so shameless company in my life. It has been three months since I requested my refund for a service that I did not even take. Initially when they have to book a tow truck they act so sweet but after the payment is processed they give you so much harassment.It was three months ago when I required a tire change service I even have all the screenshots, the tow truck driver said they will take 4 hours to come to my place for tire change, can you believe this! I thank god i was at home and not highway. As soon as I heard this I cancelled the service and was assured by them that I will receive my money back. Since that day I have been calling every monday to friday since 3 months to ask for my money back. The employees say that the owner will return the money who has been on holiday for past 3 months. This is absurd, the owner has time to reply to reviews but not return my money, well If that is how I have to ask for my money then so be it. Respected owner your employee "maureen" knows all the situation and has been keeping me in shadows by saying that she do not have an answer on the refund. I am tired of these games , I just want my money back and that is it.

Was stuck downtown with a flat and haven't ever had to use a towing company. Called this company based on reviews and was super happy with the service. Jeff was great and ended up making a terrible day a little brighter.

Excellent service from Jeff, very strongly recommend the company. Clear billing paid upfront, Jeff called ahead and showed on time, he worked safely but quickly and was very professional. Treated my car with care even if it is not exactly new.I've had bad previous experiences with other other towing services and was somewhat wary. Not with alliance: no haggling of price once car is on the truck, no waste of time, and definitely no driver trying to take my car to his buddy's garage!!These guys offer professional and courteous service just as it should be. Friendly service. They prepare to quote for me right away, payment was easy. A car was picked up and dropped off very quickly. Driver texted me letting me know where he had left the keys. Very courteous, very professional Would call them again.
