I am a long term VIP customer and over the years I have lost interest to even entering or spending time in the store due to the lack of poor management and unprofessional behaviour from the staff. Sadly the quality of the clothing has changed too. ?. Aritiza is no longer my first place to look when investing in my clothing.

i never shop in person at aritzia because the customer service is usually 1/10, but everyone who works at bayshore is very nice. especially rohail who helped me with an exchange, such a sweetheart :)

I’ve never had a greater experience while shopping . Sarah from the Aritzia at Bayshore was beyond nice and beyond helpful and was extremely kind while helping my friends and I. She gave us the best service I’ve ever had and is definitely worth noting down!
