“I never write reviews, but this store definitely deserves it! I walked in and (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) but the lady that was there was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was searching for a maxi fancy dress, and she was super patient with me, showed me around various styles that she has. Unfortunately, I didn’t find what I was looking for. However, her service was amazing to a point she asked me when I wanted it for, and started recommending other boutiques she knows of that caters to what im looking for exactly. She named all stores that she could possibly think of, and then even took it an extra mile to go online on their sites and search for styles and show me different price points. She even offered to call a neighbouring store to ask the owner(who she knows) if they’d stay open a little late for me. Before I left, she said that if I still couldn’t find what I was looking for after trying the stores she suggested that she would be willing to connect over email or the website’s live chat with me to try and find suppliers and try to find me the exact style I’m looking for. I could clearly tell how much she loves her job! Talking to her was lovelyyy and her willingness to help me search for dresses even if not from her own store was just so heartwarming!”

Since she only offers one appointment at a time, we had the whole space to ourselves. The dress selection was great, and all very affordable. HIGHLY recommend shopping for your wedding dress here!”

One lady walked around the store with me pointing out dresses I might like while the other lady pulled out dresses and earrings. I tried on two dresses. I'm not sure what it was, but when I walked in, the woman who was working at the front of the store, anytime I seen her looking at me, she looks disgusted and would avoid be close me. Unfortunately, she was the only available sales associate to ask for help, but I couldn't bother with her.”

Decent sized change rooms.A decent sized clothing store which also offers a large variety of plus-sized clothing located with Carlingwood Mall.June/23 4★-Staff was friendly and welcoming.-Decent selection, some things were low on stock.-Very clean store.-The manager seemed very stressed and this was reflecting on the staff. The manager was trying to cover the whole floor and help every customer despite there being plenty of staff. She would also yell instructions or store sale goals across the store even with several customers present. I usually have a better and calmer experience here.Carlingwood Mall has plenty of parking around and a wheelchair accessible entrance in the front.”

“GREAT plan for souveniers & Ottawa / Canada t-shirts. Prices are the best - we paid $10 for a t-shirt that was on sale and it's high quality, very comfortable. They have a great selection of t-shirts, sweat shirts, hats and lots of souveniers. Store is very well organized and not at all crowded or crammed full of stuff. The staff was super friendly. Although we didn't get any, the ice cream and gelato looked AMAZING! Next time we visit, we're getting some!”
