The service manager Brandon is excellent at resolving customer concerns and is incredibly patient and professional throughout the process. Prachant is very knowledgeable about the vehicle service workflow, and communication with him was smooth and efficient.
I’d also like to give special thanks to two staff members (I'm sorry I don't remember their names) — a tall, long-haired gentleman and a female colleague — who went above and beyond by helping clear snow and ice off my car outdoors in heavy snowfall. Their kindness and willingness to help really made my day.

“I needed a rebuilt altenator for my Aveo 5. After searching different places, around town an online. was able to get one at an amazing price. Sadly, I had a problem with the rebuilt. The owner did everything to rebuild the one I purchased, but it was no good. So the owner gave me a brand new altenator in the box for the same price as the rebuilt one leaving him out of pocket to himself, and he told me there was no extra cost to me. Customer service was well above any I had at other places. Friendly... polite ...a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to satisfy me as a customer, and he did by far. I will be buying any future auto parts from J & M Desas Expert for all my automotive needs in the future aswell as refer them to my friends and family...
