The price was very transparent and fair and included everything - absolutely no hidden fees. Coming from Ontario, the car needed to be switched over from Quebec and they did everything for me including using my own plates. They even called after a few weeks to check in and make sure I was still loving the car. Hard to believe it’s been 5 months already! I love the car and loved my experience at Surgenor. “Great service; the receptionist, Chaeley, and a guy who usually wore a hat when I met him are amazing. They put in great effort and accommodated my case so that I could get my car back right before my trip, although the delivery of some parts was delayed by a week (it’s not their fault).
My car looks like new after all since they also washed it nicely.
Personally, I’m happy with the service they provided to me, but maybe they should consider the vendor who kept pushing the delivery behind.”
“My insurance company deals with this garage and when I had my accident they had my vehicle repaired here. They worked as quick as they could and installed original parts. I am not sure if I the guy I was dealing with was an owner or operator, but he was very friendly and professional. My french isn't really that good, and they were able to help me in English. I am happy with their service. My car came back cleaner than they received it.”
