“The service at J&D Auto-Tech is simply impeccable, I had a brake problem that prevented my car from moving properly, Denis took care of me immediately even though my visit was not planned, they came to pick up the car from in front of my house, as I didn't feel comfortable driving it with my baby on board, and as agreed, after few hours they called to inform me that the car is ready.
I can't thank Denis and Serge enough for their kindness and excellent work. It was my first experience with them and it certainly won't be my last :), I highly recommend them!”

“Scott and Chris are very knowledgeable and honest. They are land rover jaguar specialized mechanics. I was looking for a land rover/range rover specialized mechanic after my warranty ended and after a horrible experience at a local dealership. After a phone call with them it is very evident that they were very experienced with the make and model of my car. Chris was very accommodating as I was able to bring the car in early before my appointment date and was flexible with pick up time. They were able to work within my budget and got everything that was required fixed. Very timely, quality work, reasonably priced, photos of issues were provided so you can be assured they are not trying to get you to fix something that is not required. I have not had to bring my car back here for something that was supposed to be fixed a second time which is also reassuring. “For anyone in Ottawa looking for a talented and honest mechanic with reasonable prices, I wanted to share my great experience with Mike Galazka and his assistant Martha on Main Street in Old Ottawa East. Martha was able to give me a timely appointment for my provincial safety inspection (I passed!), and was also able to order the impossible to find snow tires I wanted which Mike's team installed yesterday when he did the inspection. Today my car started to randomly make some awful and worrisome sounds. So I called Martha and she told me to bring it back and they'd figure it out. Mike, who I'm sure is always busy, dropped what he was doing to take it out for a test drive, put it up on the lift, and then take it for another drive. Turned out to most likely be a rock that got in somewhere, somehow and then fell back out, because the sounds stopped. One of life's little mysteries, I guess. But the point of the story is that they spent time looking into a problem for me, someone they had no prior relationship with, time spent that didn't generate any revenue for them, but which turned me into a customer for life. Thanks, Mike and Martha. You guys are the best!”

“I usually deal with my dealership but decided to try somewhere different. I called in the morning to set up an appointment for my brakes and they took me in and had my car ready by 4pm the same day even though i was originally told they wouldn't be able to complete the work the same day. They even called to ask if I wanted an oil change that I was overdue for. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and welcoming. Huge thanks to everybody at the shop. Definitely recommend!”
“Moe was very friendly when on the phone I was a bit concerned and he was willing to listen and was honest with me about things.
Fadi was the one who worked on my vehicle and he was also extremely knowledgeable considering I own BMW they can be a bit tricky whenever working on electrical. He re wired my ignition coil a since then my vehicle idles perfectly and acceleration is smooth as it once was when new. He also shared with me extra points on what led to my problem and this was appreciated for me, pricing was fair and work was done quickly.”

“Roy Rump auto is an honest and ethical auto mechanic dealer. I asked them to assess my very old vehicle for roadworthiness, change to winter tires and do an oil change. They examined the car and found it totally rusted underneath, leaking from many spots and other axel related flags -totally unsafe to be driving. So they called me before putting on the (totally worn out) winter tires or changing the oil - i decided i had to give in and buy a newer car. Other mechanics may have gone ahead with the requested oil change and tire rotation to make the money from those activities. They saved me that money and they probably saved me from a road side breakdown or worse!”
