Had an awful experience getting a line of credit at this branch. They took forever and it wasn’t worth it to even try here, the service takes forever and they don’t even value your documentation you submit to them, and forget about your case that’s been open. I would not recommend banking at this one in particular.

The staffs are very nice. The mortgage rate is better than other banks. Appointments are easier to book. It has many branches at most plazas.

I've been with this branch more than 15 years but recently I seriously considered to change another branch. Poor attitude, poor service. It looks like I'm not welcomed and I was ignored on setting my fianancial plans.
