Mila's exceptional customer service made a difficult situation much easier—she reached out promptly and offered several solutions. Although none fully resolved the issue, she guided me through returning the gown which will allow me to be able to buy another dress! Their dedication to customer satisfaction, even when it wasn't in their immediate interest, truly stood out. My advice: always try on your wedding gown in person, and definitely consider this boutique!”

I did end up getting a dress the first appointment and I have no regrets. It was also great that they had a phone stand ready for my friends who were only able to attend virtually.
