Bronson Place is a great place to live at 440 Gloucester. The apartment building is clean, well-maintained, and spacious with beautiful, gorgeous views all around. The location is great and very well located within walking distance of amenities. The rent is more than reasonable for downtown and utilities are included. The staff are always responsive, courteous, helpful, prompt, kind, nice, patient, and reachable. They provide excellent service, making tenants feel supported, safe, and comfortable. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner and fixed right away. Amenities make living there very convenient. These include a gym, pool, convenience store on-site, laundry room, and underground parking. The building is pet friendly and close to a dog park. It is also a short distance from the train. The balconies are huge. While the building is older and has some quirks, the walls are solid and noise from neighbours is rare. The public areas and amenities are cleaned frequently. Tenants have thoroughly enjoyed their time living there with great pleasure and peace of mind, highly recommending it as a perfect place to live.

I love living here at Bronson Place. The building is very well located, they have many good amenities like convenience store (very useful in the cold), laundry, pool.

Amazing management! Process to rent was very smooth and easy since the management team was always on top of everything! Highly reccomend!
