BywardCentre is a shop in Ottawa with a lot of selection for Canada West boots. The owner is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He provides great customer service, answers all questions with sincerity and detail, and is very straightforward. He goes out of his way to help based on his experience. The refund process is quick. Customers highly recommend this shop and won't hesitate to purchase from again.

    Very good experience at this store. We are from out of town and wanted a certain sweater as a souvenir he didn’t have. He ended up custom making the sweater for us and charged us the same price. :) Will definitely come back when I am in town next.

    One of the few places in Ottawa where I could find Canada West boots. Owner had a lot of selection and was very helpful (tried at least 5 pairs).
