There is a huge selection of shoes that are unique and well made. I bought 2 pairs of Volks Walkers and they told me there was a year warranty. If something breaks etc within the year, and they cannot repair it, they will give you another pair or if not available a store credit. Now that is service and a company that stands behind their products!”
“I never write reviews, but this store definitely deserves it! I walked in and (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) but the lady that was there was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was searching for a maxi fancy dress, and she was super patient with me, showed me around various styles that she has. Unfortunately, I didn’t find what I was looking for. However, her service was amazing to a point she asked me when I wanted it for, and started recommending other boutiques she knows of that caters to what im looking for exactly. She named all stores that she could possibly think of, and then even took it an extra mile to go online on their sites and search for styles and show me different price points. She even offered to call a neighbouring store to ask the owner(who she knows) if they’d stay open a little late for me. Before I left, she said that if I still couldn’t find what I was looking for after trying the stores she suggested that she would be willing to connect over email or the website’s live chat with me to try and find suppliers and try to find me the exact style I’m looking for. I could clearly tell how much she loves her job! Talking to her was lovelyyy and her willingness to help me search for dresses even if not from her own store was just so heartwarming!”

“We were shopping for indoor runners for my 7 and 4 year old right before back to school! Started off at Sketchers before making our way over to DSW. OH WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Straight away we were greeted, Daphne gave us exceptional customer service - we ended up doing two delivery to home because the shoes we liked weren’t in stock. A few days later I returned to get a second pair for my youngest. The manager happened to be there (Sam M) and offered to help us out (sizes were limited due to back to school). She helped us for over an hour, was so friendly with my little one, really went above and beyond. I can’t rave enough about their knowledgeable staff and friendliness. Bravo DSW!!
