When I came in lost and unsure of how to send off a return item, Sylvie was truly a saviour. She helped me figure out the address of where to return, package my item the correct way, and all the while exhibited such patience and care with me. Sylvie is a breath of fresh when it comes to customer service, thank you so much!

One of the few accessible places in the Glebe. Ramp, automatic door, aisles big enough. But additionally, wonderful, helpful and friendly staff!
