“I moved on July 1 when temperatures were 45+. The City experienced historic flooding. On top of the terrible weather, the service elevator was down at my new building leaving the building with one elevator shared with 20 other floors to move the stuff up. Even with all the obstacles of the day Surjit and Raj moved my 2 bedroom apartment efficiently, carefully and with smiling faces. I was so happy and relieved to have such an amazing team helping me on such a stressful day! Amazing movers and highly recommend! Thank you guys SO much!!”

“Yasser and his crew were on time and got the job done on a budget. The price quoted was the price charged even though the move took a bit longer than expected. These guys worked hard and didn't stop until the job was done. They didn't even charge for "travel time" which is something that most companies try to charge you for. These guys have a heart of gold even if they may come across as a bit direct. Keep in mind that you are not paying to have your hand held, you are paying to have your stuff moved. If you are looking for a Cadillac moving company with white glove service, this is not it. But if you are looking for a reliable, affordable move, look no further.Services: Local moving”

“Fantastic experience with Penske Ottawa location. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed for our rental. We probably asked for 15 different accommodations to our reservation the two gentlemen at the front desk did everything in their power to deliver on every one. Also, they never once seemed annoyed with us, even when I know our requests were a bit much. They delivered on every front. This level customer service was what all Penske locations should strive for. I will 100% use Penske Ottawa truck rental for my future truck rental needs. :D”
