I had a terrible experience this morning on the phone with someone who refused to give me their name. They said it was none of my business. They refused to put me in contact with anyone else at Capital Self Storage and were frankly yelling at me on the phone. I had left plywood in the back of the truck that when I closed it up was flush with the wall. I remember putting it in but because the unit was full - when they mentioned it to me it dawned on me and I remembered it being in there. I asked if I could come remove it (I called as soon as they opened on Sunday morning as they were closed Saturday) and asked if there was anything they could do for my error as I wanted to make it right. They refused to give me back my deposit and said there was a cleaning fee and said no it was my fault and nothing would be done. I asked if there was an email or manager I could speak with and that sometimes helping someone out comes back around and the man started yelling at me saying people don’t make mistakes and accidents and I should pay and there’s no do-overs in life. This guy refused to give me his name when I wanted to document my conversation and would not pass me any contact information. Terrible service. Absolutely disgusting and rude. I was calm the whole time and ultimately wanted to speak with someone. This guy was awful. Do not recommend this place if you’re a human who makes mistakes.

Not your brand new high priced storage place, BUT the staff is friendly and helpful, prices are good. Only slight is that the open hours are limited. I can live with it.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They tried to invoice me for almost $1000 two years after I closed my account and somehow contacted my family (who aren't even in Canada) to send me the invoice. Beyond creepy. So happy I still had the email chain where I asked for the account to be closed out.Do not do business with these creeps.

I was not a storage customer, but there for Uhaul rentals. (April 1st & 2nd)Both gentlemen behind the cash were fantastically efficient and friendly, I had to return for my deposit next day and the same 2 clerks were just as friendly and efficient the next day.Was an absolute pleasure to conduct business here.
