Clean, well maintained, and bug free. Never had anything remotely resembling any negative issues living here. The prices are reasonable and well within market standards. Location on the transitway is also a huge bonus even if you have private transportation.

I lived there for 9yrs and also worked for the building as an on-call super and cleaner.This building was home to me and the staff were so helpful and caring.
