There are two large kitty parks to play in and a cozy fireplace. The loving, attentive, and kind staff clearly enjoy their work and adore their furry guests, catering to all needs and providing lots of socialization outside the rooms. They offer home pick-up or pick-up from Natural Pet Foods for a nominal fee. Owners appreciate that their cats have company and are not bored. Many cats, including those who are quiet or more outgoing, do very well and often don't want to leave when picked up. The environment is peaceful, calm, and cat-friendly. For nervous pet parents, the spa provides great peace of mind. They upload photos and videos to Facebook so owners can watch their happy and relaxed kitty while on vacation. It is widely considered a safe, caring, and loving environment, much better than having someone visit your home, and is highly recommended for boarding.
