“One of the most wholesome eateries in all of Ottawa. The staff is amazing, and I love their food. The tandoori chicken samdwich and the signature sandwich are my 2 favourite choices on their menu, not to forget their cake slices that I would stop by to grab late night for dessert. My wife and I fell in love with this place 3 years ago when we first stumbled across it while we were living in Sandy Hill. We’ve moved pretty far away but we still make the effort to this day to go back there whenever we can just for the food and service. Definitely a hiden gem.”

This past year I have really enjoyed stopping in for visits. Having visited many years ago, I hadn’t returned as I mistakingly had thought it was solely high end luxury brands, however, now, I find lots of price ranges available.
The thing that I love the most about this shop, is that everything is very curated,
on-trend and well stocked. I have been able to find the very specific colour tones/patterns and pieces in each season that I am searching for.”

“This is my youngest son’s favourite clothing store. He loves their jeans, hoodies, and t shirts. I have been repeatedly impressed with the amazing staff. Every single time I have been there the staff have been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have been able to order items out of stock in store for free delivery to the home. They have highlighted very helpful deals, not just the ones to upsell you. They all have a really cool way of interacting with clients (even if we are the old parents unfamiliar with every single brand in store). My son still has every piece of clothing which is a testament to the durability and stain removal ability of a very active teenage boy. Lastly, I once saw a manager confront teenagers who may have created a disturbance in the past. She was direct, respectful, and I believe she actually got through to the teens in a meaningful way. Well done Zumiez!”
“Lovely selection of dresses, very clean and decently fair prices. Slightly disappointed by their men's selection. There was an area at the back with a gentleman's sign, but half of that was still skirts and high heels. It's perfectly fine if a store doesn't cater to more masculine styles, but at least remove the sign?”

“Have 5-6 Persian Carpets, Tabriz and Bidjar which I thought needed cleaning. Bernie came to house to collect, including one under 6' piano.Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He told me 2-3 did not require professional cleaning just a good vacuum and beating. He also told me info about them I did not know, including fact that two Tabriz were wool and silk, not pure wool as I had thought.Got the three he took back today. They look great.For professional and honest service, this is a very safe bet”

I was in a bit of a rush but touched the brown ones and noticed the cotton was really soft. After work I checked online and bought the ones I wanted. I'll pick up in-store once they are ready.
