“I was in today at the Place d'Orleans location. I am disabled so I asked someone if they could show me where a couple of things are. Sarah not only told me where they were, she went and got the items for me because they were in different aisles and then carried my bag to the front for me. Just so happens, she also checked me out.Turns out, this was the manager jumping in and doing stocking, customer service and then cash.Thanks so much Sarah!”

“Couldn’t find what I was looking for and happened to be in the aisle that the manager was in, she was incredibly helpful and kind and helped me find what I was looking for and more !! Her whole staff was incredibly kind and helpful and this is the only dollarama I will be shopping at in orleans from now on! Every other one had a sever lack in the customer service aspect but this one is incredibly inclusive and makes you feel right at home 10/10 suggest shopping here.”

“Best place to come to for cheap snacks. They have a huge selection if you're not bothered by off brands. For 10$ (2022 with insane inflation) got me 3 bags of sunflower seeds, 2 bags of candy, a big bottle of powerade and a meat stick. If I tries that at a corner store or gas station I would easily be paying 20$+. I never waited longer than 30 seconds for service because often the cashier is stocking shelves when it's not too busy. They hire young students which I'm a huge fan of giving youth jobs.”

“Great employees & staff but at times when it comes really busy in the store they need much more employees or staff at the cash registers for customers during busy times cause a been here on numerous occasions & theirs been only one or two cash registers open when there a long line of people with items that they want to buy & pay for their items but literally have to wait for a free cash register to be free from a customer to finish paying for their items.”

“Great store, good finds, everything $1.50 makes it an easy shop compared to Dollarama. Sometimes a bit slow to put in a 2nd Cashier when lines are long. I see people walk out or set there basket aside and leave when they see this. Other than that, it would be 5 stars.”
