“Cool items way different from other places definitely not a dollar store. Employees are extremely kind and the place is huge. Found some stuff to be way too expensive and other awesome. Haven't checked out the lower level yet. Didn't know it existed until we cashed out. New to Ottawa”

“There is a guy who works at this dollarama who is consistently the happiest person I have ever seen, even under pressure. He loves to chat and will make you laugh. If you need a few things and a little cheering up then this location has it all. Somebody give that guy a raise.”

“Good prices for brand name food products. The staff is normally quick, and they usually have a smile! Although once I got a girl who was rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Have not seen her in a bit, I haven’t been going as often.”

110 Place D'Orleans Dr Place d'Orleans Shopping Centre, Orléans ON K1C 2L9
“I was in today at the Place d'Orleans location. I am disabled so I asked someone if they could show me where a couple of things are. Sarah not only told me where they were, she went and got the items for me because they were in different aisles and then carried my bag to the front for me. Just so happens, she also checked me out.Turns out, this was the manager jumping in and doing stocking, customer service and then cash. Thanks so much Sarah!”

Carlingwood Shopping Centre, 2121 Carling Avenue, Ottawa ON K2A 1H2
“I wanted to say Anne is doing a fantastic job as store manager at Dollarama 2121 Carling Ave. I am a part of the Formula uOttawa engineering team, and we recently put together an unveiling event for our car. Since we are a student team we do not have much budget for our events. I reached out to Anne looking for a donation of paper plates and cutlery for our guests, and not only did she say yes, she offered to purchase them out of her own pocket! It means the world to student teams like ours when people in the community show up for students the way Anne did. Thank you Anne!”

Southgate Shopping Centre, 2515 Bank Street, Ottawa ON K1V 0Y4
“Overall a good Dollarama. As is the case with all of them if you see something you like I recommend buying multiples coz a lot of times you will go back to purchase an item again but they won't have them any more. If course this is especially true with seasonal items. They sell quickly.”

-
1667 Merivale Road, Ottawa ON K2E 1B1
“Did a quick stop at dollarama for some cat toys, it's a nice big store with friendly staff, although the dollarama on merivale road is a different story, 98% of the time self checkout is the only option, manager is very rude to staff and customers, any other one ive been too was great.”
-
500 Terminal Ave Ottawa Trainyards, Ottawa ON K1G 0Z3
“Dollarama is one of my favorite stores because you can find almost everything you need at affordable prices. They have a great variety of household items, snacks, cleaning supplies, stationery, seasonal products, and more. The staff are always friendly and provide excellent customer service. The only downside is that the self-checkout can sometimes be a bit slow, but overall it’s still a great place to shop.”
