    “I was in today at the Place d'Orleans location. I am disabled so I asked someone if they could show me where a couple of things are. Sarah not only told me where they were, she went and got the items for me because they were in different aisles and then carried my bag to the front for me. Just so happens, she also checked me out.Turns out, this was the manager jumping in and doing stocking, customer service and then cash.Thanks so much Sarah!”

They only draw back now is there is less variety. Examples, No longer carry Libbys beans, Anything to do with denture wearers etc. Oops another draw back now you have to for parking.”

    “I wanted to say Anne is doing a fantastic job as store manager at Dollarama 2121 Carling Ave. I am a part of the Formula uOttawa engineering team, and we recently put together an unveiling event for our car. Since we are a student team we do not have much budget for our events. I reached out to Anne looking for a donation of paper plates and cutlery for our guests, and not only did she say yes, she offered to purchase them out of her own pocket! It means the world to student teams like ours when people in the community show up for students the way Anne did. Thank you Anne!”

With inflation being so high, I really appreciate the affordable prices, and honestly, I find the quality just as good as, if not better than, some of the much more expensive stores downtown. I’ve also always had positive experiences with the staff. They work hard, and the two young ladies I’ve met at the cashier were both very friendly and smiling to me. Overall great value and great service!”
