Poor customer service!! After ordering online , there are no options for you. All you have to do is to wait for your order to arrive and return it and then Re-order. The ‘trained customer service representative’ are not able to make any changes on online order. Customers always has to pay double HST. First on the first order and then on the Re-order.
They can not do anything if they deliver it to wrong address.

Had to deal with a very “hyper active “staff. She was in hurry and just wanted to be done with customers. Not even ready to answer any questions regarding the product. I regularly shop here, very bad experience first time

Used to love this store but the last few times, the employees just stand around cash and talk, never engaging with a customer unless customer has to interrupt their conversation to get help. The watch selection has been the same for years as well now.

The worst company to order from. I did an order and it was 4 days late and all the emails I got from them was that it’s coming in the next day sorry.
Only after 4 days of it being late, I called for updates. I found out the order was damaged and it’s returning to shop.
No information was given to me, until I called, no refund was offered until I called. This is not how people should run the business.
The moment you guys knew it was damaged and never coming to me I should have been informed. Not until I called.

Walked into the store at 5:05pm on Monday December 4th and not one of the three young associates behind the cash spoke a single word to me, just chatted amongst themselves. Do better. I was also the only one in the store….

I didn’t catch his name, but I was in this evening around 8:00pm & the gentleman who was working was beyond fantastic. He was very polite & helped answer any questions we had. He helped me pick the perfect gift for my boyfriend & I really wish I got his name because he deserves a huge thank you! I will definitely be back.
