Don't make a mistake on your order....they'll process your payment and then call to tell you that you made a mistake so they can't deliver your order and guess what.....I now have to wait 7-14 business days for my money back. Very bad business service....the manager was no help. I will never buy from them again and certainly don't recommend them.

Won’t be returning here. I believe it was the manager who was rude and dismissive towards me as I got to the front of the line. He said someone else was before me but that customer was on the monitor browsing for stuff and I stood behind the people waiting in line. If that’s the manager, I feel bad for the employees working there, who are much more friendly. There’s a dispensary right across the street and purple meadows 2 mins away.. I’ll just go there instead

Service is awesome. Staff are knowledgeable and very polite. Just wish I could pay for online delivery with my Visa/debit card. Must use an actual credit card. Not everyone has credit cards. They must lose customers.

Hi Guys and Gals … quick review . .
Love HIGH TIES . Variety in abundance !
Embrun and Vars location , and Rideau street !!
I do want to point out that while business is booming on Rideau street , something that disturbs me the last 4 or 5 times I went in there … there is only one employee working . ONE??
This is any day of the week from opening until at LEAST 3-4 pm .
While I have been in there doing my shopping there have been some really sketched out humans in the store . ‘ some very aggressive ‘ and I dod not want to leave the employee alone . I get like I shouldn’t have to feel that way for the employee . And if I FEEL THAT WAY , imagine what the employee feels ?
That being said … there are always two employees while working dispensary. There is a safety concern for the sake of the location (Rideau) and for the sake of having TWO persons working behind the counter .
All the other HIGH TIES locations I listed do NOT have ONE employee on shift .
It is literally always 2 or more !
As Well as other dispensary’s , not just high ties .
Please get another staff member in that location , lawfully , I am sure you have to .
There is no way one person can run the door - check IDs - and run the counter . - and answer all questions regarding any and all product . - and also leave the front of the store unattended for countless time to get product from the back ..
And I hope this review reaches the proper ears up there .
